Has your claim been rejected, declined or ignored?

  • Not enough medical evidence — extra reports or specialist opinions can sometimes shift the picture
  • Procedural issues — paperwork errors, missed deadlines or gaps in documentation
  • Pre-existing condition exclusions — these can sometimes be challenged or worked around
  • Capacity-to-work assessments — these are subjective and sometimes contested
